On March 20th, the Amazon platform issued a "new FBA simplified inventory report is now available" announcement, the original text is as follows:
We are happy to announce that we have launched a new simplified inventory reporting experience for FBA. The enhanced function of the inventory report is designed to allow you to more accurately understand the inventory level inventory, for example, when a product is deemed to be misplaced or damaged in an Amazon fulfillment center.
Your library will still be available for download and online viewing. We have added two enhancements to the report
Online method: Misplacement, damage in the warehouse and the found inventory will provide links to the adjustment inventory in the inventory report or the compensation transaction in the compensation report.
Downloadable methods: Misplacement, damage in the warehouse, and found inventory will provide two quantity columns, namely the "adjusted" column and the "unadjusted" column. For example, when the inventory is compensated or adjusted, you will see a decrease in the unadjusted quantity and an increase in the adjusted quantity.
For all unadjusted inventories after March 19, 2021, you can file a claim with Amazon immediately without waiting 30 days.
