Benefits of joining FBA's new selection program
Only for parent ASINs newly joined to FBA: Amazon sellers who sign up for the New Choice Program can enjoy fee reductions for up to 500 parent ASINs newly joined to the FBA. This limit will be reset every January 1st.
Free monthly storage and free removal: After its fulfillment center receives the first 50 units of the first new parent ASIN, Amazon will not charge a monthly storage fee within 90 days. The seller can remove the first 50 units within 180 days after receiving the first inventory date without charging FBA fees.
Free returns in specific categories: The "New Choice" program also handles free returns in the following five categories:

Amazon will waive the return handling fee of up to 50 units per parent ASIN. The returned item must be received at Amazon's fulfillment center within 120 days. These returned items must be received at the fulfillment center within 120 days from the date of receipt of the first list.
$100 shipping discount: This only applies to new FBA sellers. Amazon will waive the first $100 shipping fee for the Amazon cooperative shipping program. ASIN eligibility
The plan is only applicable to small standard and large standard size items.
The parent ASIN must be a newbie to FBA. In the past 180 days, these ASINs should not be pre-registered in the FBA.
Second-hand products and ASINs in the media category are not eligible. These include music, videos, books, DVDs, software and computer/video games, video game accessories, and video game consoles.
ASIN must belong to one of the categories of "clothing", "jewelry", "shoes", "handbags and accessories", "luggage" and "watches" to be eligible for free return processing.
Seller qualification
Amazon said that these professional sellers are eligible to participate in FBA's new selection program. If your IPI score is 400 or higher, you are eligible to participate in the program.
New professional sellers, or sellers without inventory restrictions, or sellers who have not been assigned an IPI score, can also participate in the program.
To receive these benefits, you must participate in the program and remain eligible. Your qualification status will be updated daily based on your IPI score. Once you register and are confirmed as eligible to participate in the program, you will always be eligible to participate in the next April 1 assessment, even if your IPI score changes before that date.
However, in the assessment on April 1 next year, registered sellers with an IPI score of less than 400 will be removed from the program.
After registration, you may not be eligible for benefits because your IPI score is less than 400. If your IPI score reaches or exceeds 400 points, you will be eligible for the same score on the next assessment date.
