Wish knows the expectations of every merchant for a family reunion during the Spring Festival, and timely adjusted the relevant policies for order fulfillment, giving everyone more time to fulfill orders, so that everyone can carry out sales work steadily while having a good year.
1. Two ways to extend order fulfillment time
Taking into account the different situations of each merchant, Wish provides two solutions for extending the order fulfillment time. You can choose the most suitable solution according to your actual situation.
For direct orders released to Chinese merchants (excluding WE/FBW/FBS orders) from 0:00 on February 4, 2021 to 23:59 on February 25, 2021 (Beijing time), merchants can choose the following two Any of a variety of order confirmation and fulfillment time extension solutions:
Plan 1 extended by 1-7 days
For eligible orders, merchants can meet the original order fulfillment time requirements (that is, 5 calendar days for marked delivery, merchant policy 5.1), order confirmation fulfillment time requirements (that is, logistics service providers within 168 hours or 336 hours) To confirm fulfillment, the merchant’s policy 5.5) will be extended by 1 to 7 calendar days, and the merchant can define the specific time for the extension.
Plan 2 to be implemented before March 2
Merchants can choose to mark the delivery of eligible orders before 23:59 on March 2, 2021 (Beijing time); at the same time, confirm the fulfillment time for the order:
If the order amount of the order (the single product price set by the merchant + the single product shipping fee set by the merchant) is less than USD 100, the order can be confirmed and fulfilled before 23:59 on March 4, 2021 (Beijing time).
If the order price (the single product price set by the merchant + the single product shipping fee set by the merchant) is greater than or equal to USD 100, the order can be confirmed and fulfilled before 23:59 on March 11, 2021 (Beijing time).
Relevant orders that meet the above requirements will not be subject to violations of the platform's relevant order fulfillment policies (merchant policy 5.1/5.5).
Sellers are advised to use the "holiday mode" as the last option and only use it when it is extremely necessary.
WISH holiday mode:
First enter the "Wish Merchant Platform" backstage, click on the home page account, select settings on the expanded page, and under the normal "Vacation Mode", you can find the "Wish Express Overseas Warehouse Mode Only" vacation mode suitable for overseas warehouses. Turn on Wish Express only shipping mode".
After turning on "Wish Express Delivery Mode Only", the store will continue to operate normally during the Spring Festival. However, all direct hair products in the store will be taken off the shelves, and the model is exactly the same as the "normal holiday mode", and all Wish Express products in the store will continue to be sold normally without being affected.
If wish, please open the wish holiday mode at least 72 hours in advance to avoid missed orders due to the delay in order review time.
